Michael Cadore is a community leader with more than three decades of experience in education public service, organizational management, public safety and mentoring.


A Brevard County native, Mr. Cadore holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corrections & Administration of Justice from Eastern Kentucky University.


He currently serves as the Associate Provost for the Palm Bay Campus at Eastern Florida State College where he is also an adjunct professor. The passion he displays daily as an educator influenced led him to being selected as Outstanding Adjunct for 2014, 15 & 2016.


Mr. Cadore continues to serve as a Sworn Police officer for the Rockledge Police Department. In 2011, his innovative style and leadership led to his unit being named the National Neighborhood Watch Program by the National Sheriffs Association. In 2014, he was recognized as Reserve Police Officer of the year, for his community outreach and crime prevention awareness programs for the citizens and businesses of Rockledge.


Prior to becoming a law enforcement officer, Mr. Cadore earned National recognition at Eastern Kentucky University as a record-setting kick returner. After college, was drafted into the National Football League by the New Orleans Saints. He finished his professional football career in Montreal Canada. In 2014, he was inducted into 2014 Space Coast Sports Hall of Fame.


His love for football and his heart for others led him to found the yearly “NFL I GOT SKILLZ” football clinic. This program enabled him to give back to his community by mentoring and supporting at-risk youth in Brevard County.  Founded in 1999, the clinic teaches fundamental football and life skills to local youth.


A true public servant, he continues to protect and serve his community as a life coach, consultant, educator and mentor. As founder and President of Magnus Solutions Incorporated he provides life skills coaching, business workshops and inspirational speeches. He was truly humbled and grateful for being recognized as the 2014 Central Florida Humanitarian of the year. His most recent accolade was being the recipient of the 2017 Dr. Harvey L. Riley Bridge builder award for his community impact.


Mr. Cadore keeps faith and family first. He has been faithfully and happily married to his high school sweetheart Cornelia Cadore for 25 years and three wonderful children.
